One place to run your business.

Teknetik HQ holds your brand and does the computer side of running your business: the website, the adverts, the posts, the replies, the quotes and the paperwork. Everything it makes matches, because everything starts from your brand. An assistant that knows your business drafts it, you say yes, and there is a person behind it.

One brand, everything made from it. Sample & Sons is a made-up business we use to show HQ.

Three things make HQ different.

Six websites, six logins and a folder of pictures don’t add up to a business that looks and runs as one. HQ does.

  • It starts with your brand.

We build your brand kit with you first, and every website, advert, post, letter and document HQ makes is made from it. Everything matches from then on.

    How the brand works
  • The assistant knows your business.

It has your profile, your brand, your facts and your history, so it drafts the quote, the post and the letter the way you would, and reminds you what is due. You approve.

    What the assistant does
  • Done with you.

A person sets HQ up with you, trains your team on your own tasks and builds anything particular to your business. That is our consultancy, and it is part of the same service.

    Working with us

Your first fortnight.

From the first call to your first quote. It moves at your pace, and nothing goes out until you approve it.

The business shown is Sample & Sons, a sample business, not a client; the website draft is Teknetik’s own.

  1. A call

Thirty minutes, by phone or video. You tell us what takes up your evenings; we say honestly which parts of HQ would help, and which wouldn’t. We have read your website first, and your brand setup starts from what we found.

Brand setup with seven steps on a rail: Your business and What you have done, Logo marked next, and a Carry on button. Sample & Sons is a sample business, not a client.
Brand setup, part filled in from the website before the call.
  2. Your brand draft, on your phone

We draft your logo, colours, type and the way you write. You look through it on your phone, change what isn’t right and ask questions beside any section.

  3. You approve it

Nothing is used until you approve your brand. From then on, everything HQ makes starts from it, and every logo file is in your library.

The approved brand, ready for everything else to be made from it.
  4. A website draft

A website designed from the approved brand. Click any part to change it. It goes live when you say.

  6. A month of posts

Posts for the month, planned, written and pictured. You approve them in one sitting and they go out on schedule.

  7. Your first quote

A quote on your letterhead, drafted by the assistant from your prices, waiting for you to check and send.

An assistant that knows your business.

  • What it knows

Your business profile, your approved brand, the facts you have confirmed and the history in HQ: the enquiries, the quotes and the posts.

  • What it reminds you of

What is due and not yet done, from a follow-up to a renewal, with the draft ready for you to check.

  • What it never does without you

Send, post, publish or spend. It drafts; you approve it or change it.

Who HQ suits, and who it doesn’t.

It is made for owner-run businesses: salons, trades, coatings firms, training providers and small shops.

HQ probably suits you if

  • You run a business of one to twenty people and do the computer side yourself.
  • Your logo is a JPEG, your website is out of date, or your Facebook page has gone quiet.
  • Enquiries reach you by phone, email, the website and Facebook, and some slip through.
  • You would rather check a draft than write from a blank page.

Probably not if

  • You have an agency you are happy with for your brand and website.
  • You need bespoke software built now. A workflow pilot, or a specialist, will suit you better.
  • You want things sent or posted without anyone checking. HQ always waits for a yes.
  • Most of your work is advice a qualified person must give. AI is the wrong tool for that part, though HQ can still look after your brand and paperwork.

Four things HQ never does.

The same four rules in every part, whoever is using it.

  • Post, send or publish without your yes

Every post, reply, quote and change to your website waits for a person to approve it.

  • Spend your money without asking

AI work comes out of your monthly allowance, and HQ stops at the limit. Topping it up, or paying for anything else, is your decision.

  • Invent facts about you

The assistant writes from the facts you have confirmed. If it doesn’t know something, it asks.

  • Pretend to be a person

The phone assistant tells every caller it is an automated assistant.

One monthly price for HQ.

Everything in HQ except Phone for one monthly price, with an AI allowance included. The services are priced on their own, for when you want a person on it with you.

Teknetik HQ

Ask for the price on the call; we confirm it in writing.

Your brand kit, every part of HQ except Phone, an AI allowance each month and a person to help you set it up. Phone is priced separately while we set it with pilot businesses.

Questions about HQ

Do I need my own logo first?

No. If you have one, even as a photo of the sign, we start from it. If you don’t, your brand draft includes one.

Can my staff use it?

Yes. Each person can have their own login.

What does the assistant know about us?

What you have confirmed: your business profile, your approved brand, the facts from your setup and the history in HQ. It never sees our private notes about you, and it doesn’t make up what it doesn’t know.

What if I only want the website?

Tell us on the call. Everything starts from your brand, so we make that first; after that, use as much or as little of HQ as suits you.

Start with a free 30‑minute call.

Tell us about your business and what takes up your evenings. We’ll say honestly which parts of HQ would help, and which wouldn’t.
