The short version

This website does not use a contact database or send form information to a server. When you complete the enquiry form, your device opens a pre-written email in your usual email application. You decide whether to send it.

We only ask for information that helps us understand and respond to your enquiry.

Information you choose to send

If you email Teknetik.ai, we receive the information in your message, such as your name, work email, organisation and the business problem you describe. We use it to respond, arrange conversations and manage any work you ask us to consider.

Please do not include sensitive personal data, passwords, confidential customer records or other information that is not needed for an initial enquiry.

Our reason for using it

We use enquiry information where it is necessary for our legitimate interests in responding to prospective clients and running our consultancy. If a contract is agreed, we may also need information to take steps at your request or deliver that contract.

Website information and cookies

This site does not intentionally set advertising or tracking cookies. Basic technical logs may be created by the hosting provider for security, reliability and error diagnosis. These can include an IP address, browser information and the time a page was requested.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by the service providers needed to operate email and website hosting, under their own security and data-handling arrangements. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as it remains useful for the conversation, our business records or a legal obligation, then delete it securely when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

UK data protection law may give you rights over your personal information, including asking for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. The right that applies depends on the circumstances.
