ServicesTeam workshop

Get your team using AI well, on its own work.

Your team learns HQ and the assistant on your own tasks, or the AI tool you already use: three hands-on hours for up to eight people, on two tasks your team actually does. Everyone leaves knowing how to check a draft before it goes anywhere.

After two weeks

What your team leaves with

  • Two tasks, done properly

Typically replying to an enquiry from approved facts, and turning messy meeting notes into actions with owners.

  • A five-point check

Accurate, no invented promises, information handled properly, a clear next action and a person who approved it. All five, every time.

  • A prompt sheet written for your team

Reusable patterns for your own tasks, not a generic list from the internet.

  • Your own usage rules

What can and can’t go into the tool, and who approves what, agreed in the room.

  • A 30-minute follow-up

Two weeks later: what stuck, what went wrong and one habit to keep.

How the three hours run

  1. Baseline

Everyone tries one task on their own first.

  2. Boundaries

What must never go into the tool, and why.

  3. Enquiry reply

A draft from approved facts, checked against the five points.

  4. Meeting notes

Notes into actions, with owners and open questions labelled.

  5. Prompt sheet and rules

    Your team writes its own.

  6. Repeat the baseline

Same task again, checked the same way.

The boundaries, in writing

Not included

  • More than one tool or more than one team.
  • Building automations. That’s a pilot.
  • Accreditation. People get a record of attendance, not a qualification.

What we need from you

  • A room, or we come to you across North Lincolnshire.
  • Approved business accounts for the tool you’ve chosen. We won’t create accounts for your staff.
  • Any access or accessibility needs a week before.

Is it right for you?

Probably, if

  • People are already trying AI tools on their own.
  • You want shared habits and clear rules before anything is automated.
  • The team does similar written work: enquiries, quotes, notes, reports.

Probably not, if

  • You want a lecture about the future of AI.
  • Nobody will have time to practise afterwards.
  • The tool isn’t approved for business use yet.

Questions about the team workshop

Which AI tool do you use?

The one your business already uses or has approved. We agree it beforehand and check how it behaves shortly before the session.

What if the tool is down on the day?

We bring printed exercises and a deliberately flawed answer to check, so the session still works without it.

Can you run it for more than eight people?

Yes, as a second session. Groups of eight or fewer are what keeps it hands-on.

Is it a test of how technical people are?

No. It’s about learning a checking habit. Nobody is put on the spot, and pairing up is optional.

Start with a free 30‑minute call.

Describe the task in your own words. We’ll tell you honestly whether this is the right step, and confirm the scope and price in writing before you commit.
