What you get for £395

  • A 90-minute working session

With the people who actually do the work, on site in North Lincolnshire or by video.

  • A one-page map of how it runs today

Every step, who does it and where it waits, with the rework and chasing marked.

  • A baseline

How often the task happens, how long it takes and how often it goes wrong, so any change can be measured honestly.

  • Three options, ranked

Compared on value, effort and risk. At least one will be a plain process fix if that’s the honest answer.

  • A written recommendation

Go, no-go, or fix the process first. It stands on its own whether or not you buy anything else.

  • A 30-minute readout

We talk it through with you and the person who would approve any change.

If you book a pilot within 60 days, the £395 comes off the pilot price.

The boundaries, in writing

Not included

  • Building or connecting anything. That’s the pilot, quoted separately.
  • More than one process or one team.
  • Access to your live systems.
  • Legal, HR or regulated advice.

What we need from you

  • Someone who does the work, for 90 minutes.
  • Five recent examples of the task, with personal details removed.
  • The person who would approve a change, for the 30-minute readout.

Is it right for you?

Probably, if

  • The task happens every day or every week.
  • It causes delays, mistakes or chasing you can describe.
  • The person who holds the budget can say yes.

Probably not, if

  • You want an AI strategy for the whole business in one go.
  • The task only happens a few times a month.
  • Nobody can approve a change once you know what it should be.

Questions about the one‑process review

What if the answer is “don’t use AI”?

Then that’s the recommendation, and you’ll get the simpler fix written down: a better form, a template, a rule. A review that saves you from an unnecessary project has done its job.

Can you do it remotely?

Yes. We visit businesses across North Lincolnshire; elsewhere in the UK the working session runs by video.

What happens to the examples we send?

We only ask for what the review needs, with personal details removed, and use them for your review and nothing else. We agree how long they’re kept before you send anything.

Do we have to book a pilot afterwards?

No. A review can end with changes you make yourselves. If you do book a pilot within 60 days, the £395 comes off its price.

Start with a free 30‑minute call.

Describe the task in your own words. We’ll tell you honestly whether this is the right step, and confirm the scope and price in writing before you commit.
