What a pilot includes
One working workflow
One trigger, up to two of your existing systems and one approval step, built in accounts you own.
An approval step
Nothing reaches a customer, and no record changes, until the named person says yes.
Tests on awkward cases
Missing details, duplicates, contradictory requests and messages that try to mislead it, as well as the ordinary ones.
A way back
How to stop it and return to the manual process, written down and practised.
A measured result
Handling time, errors and exceptions compared with the baseline, so you can decide honestly whether to keep it.
A handover
A short runbook, an account and access list, a recorded walkthrough and training for the people who’ll use it.
If you had a review in the last 60 days, its £395 comes off the pilot price.
How a pilot runs
Scope and baseline
Owner, data, approval step and what “better” means, agreed in writing.
Build
In a test environment you approve, never straight into live work.
Test
Ordinary and awkward cases. You approve the results.
Limited live use
Real work, with every output approved by a person.
Measure
Compared honestly with how it ran before.
Hand over
Runbook, walkthrough, training and your decision: stop, improve or keep.
The boundaries, in writing
Not included
- Moving data between systems or replacing a system.
- A new custom application.
- Messages sent to customers without a person reviewing them.
- Prices, safety advice or other high-stakes decisions made by software.
- Software subscriptions, which stay in your name and on your account.
What we need from you
- A named owner who can approve test results and the go-live.
- Access to test accounts for the systems involved.
- Real examples for the test set, with personal details removed where possible.
Is it right for you?
Probably, if
- A review, or equivalent evidence, shows the task is worth automating.
- The work runs through email, documents or software you can connect.
- A person can check each result in under a minute.
Probably not, if
- The process isn’t settled yet. Fix that first.
- It needs extensive access, uncertain systems or round-the-clock operation.
- The decision involved is one you wouldn’t let a new starter make.
Questions about the workflow pilot
Why does it say “from”?
£1,950 covers one trigger, up to two systems and one approval step. If your workflow needs more, we reduce the scope or quote a different project before you commit. The price is agreed in writing first.
What if it doesn’t work?
The measurement will show it, and you decide whether to stop, improve or keep it. We’d rather tell you it isn’t worth keeping than hide it.
Who owns the workflow?
You do. It runs in your accounts, with your subscriptions, and the handover gives you everything needed to keep it running or switch it off.
How is it paid for?
The price and payment terms are agreed in writing before any work starts. If you had a review in the last 60 days, its £395 comes off.
